The rental price is available on request. It depends on the season, the number of guests, and the length of stay. The price includes the tourist tax unless the booking is made via Booking.com or another platform, in which case the tourist tax is not included and is charged per night per guest.
River fantasy (Mrežnička fantazija) is not a party house; stag parties, hen parties, birthday celebrations, or inviting other people without the knowledge and permission of the owner are not allowed. The house is intended for family stays and socializing. Any damage caused during your stay will be charged.
The house is rented exclusively in its entirety with all its contents. It is possible to rent the house for a shorter period, but not for one night or one day. For a stay of 7 days or more, a free day applies only to the prices according to the full price list, not to the agreed prices with a discount. A crib can be provided on request and it is included in the price of the accommodation.
Arrival time - from 3 p.m, if possible, we will arrange an earlier arrival, depending on prior reservation and departure of guests.
Departure time – no later than 10 a.m.
The rental price includes a maximum of 6 people.
*To confirm the booking for the selected period, an advance payment in the agreed amount will be charged. It will not be refunded in the event of cancelation.
